IIf you are training from home, you can use the water bottles, elastic bands, and pick up a few dumbbells as resistance. A physio ball & medicine ball will be a good addition too. Emphasize on right technique, than on pushing heavier weight.  It is best to set up an appointment with your fitness professional at O2 to guide you through the phases of a resistance training program
