O2 was born out of this passion way back on 12th august 2001 and is something I hold closest to my heart. The Mission then being, giving the Chennaites, the benefits of exercise, from which i benefited, good health!!

Group Exercise Director - O2
A Dance Lover who trained in Classical Ballet (Russian style called "SKESHITI") for 20 years. He moved on to the modern section with his training at the Victorian Dance Company at Melbourne, Australia. He is a Reebok certified fitness instructor and the artistic director of the Hot Shoe Dance Company which has made a statement for the last eleven years. Jeffery at Chennai O2 takes care of the group exercise activities, besides being an instructor / choreographer himself for his aerobic and dance classes. Jeff also takes care of training the instructors in the field of health fitness and dance.
Fitness & Rehab Director - O2
Vijay, is a Specialist in Sports Physiotherapy & Fitness. After completing his Master of Sports Physiotherapy Degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, he got his Health Fitness Specialist certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has also completed his Orthopedic Manual Therapy from Australia. He is also the Asian Federation of Sports Medicine's (AFSM) Traveling Fellow 2006. Vijay, along with his team takes care of all your Fitness needs your fitness screening & personalized exercise schedule cards besides injury management, sports fitness, sports rehab & physiotherapy.
